ASEPTIC PACKAGING

The Aran ASEPTIC PACKAGING family includes designated solutions adapted to the Aseptic packaging of different products. These are sealed hygienic ASEPTIC bags made of multiple layer plastic films according to the product packaged.

Aran Group developed this family of products especially for the fruit and vegetable processing industry (tomatoes, citrus fruits, etc.). The storage and transport of liquid food products adapted these packaging solutions - juices, concentrates and pulps - that generally require aseptic packages to maintain maximum freshness and long shelf life.

Aran produces 5 to 25 liter aseptic bag in box systems. The outer container can be a carton box, plastic container or a dispenser. This product is suitable for restaurants, hotels and fast food chains, or any end user. A variety of spouts, hoses and valves can be installed on the system.

LIQUID EGGS

An innovative solution to the growing demand for liquid eggs in the industrial market. The bag-in-box packaging is aseptic which ensures 4 weeks shelf life at 4º C. The bag-in-box is either metalized or PE material and can be produced with a variety of fitments according to the customer's needs. Aran produces these bags from sizes 3 lt to 1000 lt in PE, MET PET or EVOH as required.

Bag-in-Box packaging is ideal for this application and the bags can be produced in a variety of sizes ranging from 3 lt to 1000 lt. The bag is made of nylon laminate to prevent sweating and can be fitted with a tamper evident pouring cap. If needed the larger bags can be produced with a suitable discharge spout (Flexipack).
