Dayan Schreiber – Global Sales Coordinator, Aran Packaging

With nearly 14 years at Aran, Dayan plays a key role in managing customer orders and internal processes. Fluent in five languages, when the group expanded, she trained colleagues in Aran’s U.S. and Aran Europe to be excellent sales coordinators. Beyond her professional expertise, Dayan values the flexibility her role offers, allowing her to balance a meaningful career with motherhood. “I believe in Aran’s products and love being able to connect both with colleagues and clients. My job is interesting and fulfilling,” she shares.

Sara Morgan – Production Manager, Aran USA

Sara began her journey at Aran nine years ago as a logistics manager and has since grown into a leadership role overseeing a team of 20. As a first-time grandmother, she appreciates the family-like culture at Aran, where strong personal connections are integral to the workplace. “Everyone knows everyone, and that sense of community is what makes working here special,” she says. While she empowers her team to apply their expertise, she remains the go-to person when challenges arise, ensuring smooth operations.

Noelia Berrocal – Global Sales Coordinator, Aran Europe

For Noelia, who has been with Aran for a decade, the company represents both professional growth and personal belonging. Moving to a new country for love, she quickly found her place at Aran, where she values the sense of familiarity among colleagues and customers. “Women can do anything, but this role, in particular, requires thoroughness and attention to detail—qualities that suit women well,” she notes.
